4) Open application, if it runs OK, forget the rest
5) If application just bounces on dock, continue to step 6
6) Quit/Force quit application
7)Open Applications/Utilities/Terminal.app
8)Paste the following command (without the quotes)
"sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/ON1 Photo 10/ON1 Photo 10.app"
9) Enter your computer password when prompted (it won't show, but type it all and then press enter)
10) Voila! You should be ok!
