Las guías que acabo de poner más los archivos del cabal es lo único necesario para abrir el servidor (Sin mencionar programas) en las guías hablan de un “securte CRT” no es necesario.
Para poder crear personajes nuevos deben restaurar la base de datos “account” como hicieron con la del “GameDB” (en la guía no hace eso con “account”, ustedes deben hacerlo)
Sobre el “Gm Tools Re pack” es un conjunto de “utilitarios” que fui consiguiendo en un foro chino, no tiene virus (antes un usuario había dicho que tenia virus, es mentira), no sé si son útiles, pero igual les dejo el pack.
El “patchLogin client” es el parche que debe ser colocado dentro del cliente para configurar las ips para entrar a su servidor:
