First of all make sure you know What is Hackintosh
This version Supports AMD Hackintosh Machines, Intel Processors including Haswell + LGA 2011 X99 Hackintosh Installation, HP Processors with Insyde Bios
The DMG is for USB and ISO for DVD or Virtual Machines
You can view the Guide to install Niresh's Yosemite
If your processor is not supported you can try with using the alternative guide.
If you already have OS X Installed you can also try MacPwn Installation Guide
