1. Install the program, choosing as "our" country USA
2. Apply the medication

If installed in the default folder, you can simply run the file "run crack.cmd" from the folder "Lekarstvo".
otherwise:
Replaces the original file mg16.dll in the installation folder to the one that is in the hand (the folder "Lekarstvo").

Reboot and use!
For those who want to see all regions in the installed program:
